Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including product images, designs, graphics, text, layout, software, and any other materials (collectively known as “Website Content”)—is the property of Custom Packaging Zone. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, or use any of our content without written permission from us.
Customer-Generated Content
When you upload or provide any materials (such as artwork, images, logos, or designs) for your custom packaging order, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to use them.
By submitting content, you confirm that:
You own or have permission to use all elements of your design.
Your content does not violate any third-party rights, copyrights, or trademarks.
Your content does not include anything unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate.
Custom Packaging Zone respects user-generated content but is not responsible for any customer-provided materials or their legal compliance.
Website Use and Personal Information.
To place an order, you may need to provide accurate personal or business details. We collect this information only to process your order efficiently and deliver your products on time. For more on how we handle your information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Order Placement
Ordering from Custom Packaging Zone is simple and straightforward.
Once you submit your completed order form (online or in print) along with approved artwork and specifications, your order will be sent to our production team for processing.
Please carefully review and confirm all details—such as design, size, print settings, and material—before final approval.
After an order is confirmed and sent to production, no changes can be made.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within the following time frames:
Within 4 hours of confirmation: 5% cancellation fee (of total order value).
Within 24 hours: 50% of the payment will be deducted.
After 24 hours: Cancellation may not be possible depending on the production stage.
Please note: Once printing or production has started, cancellations are generally not accepted.

Proof and Color Accuracy
Before final approval, you’ll receive a digital proof of your packaging design. Please check every detail carefully—including layout, text, spelling, and image placement—before giving final approval.
Keep in mind that electronic proofs may not perfectly match final printed colors due to differences between digital (RGB) and print (CMYK) color formats. Slight variations are normal and not considered defects.
By approving your proof, you acknowledge and accept these possible variations.
Refunds & Returns
Since all our packaging products are custom-made to order, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once production begins. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
We will review your claim and, if valid, offer one of the following solutions:
A reprint of your order at no additional cost, or
A partial or full refund, depending on the issue.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed using your original payment method.
Order Processing & Shipping Policy
Production begins once we receive full payment and final artwork approval.
While we work hard to meet delivery dates, Custom Packaging Zone is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as:
Shipping carriers or customs clearance
Weather conditions
Technical issues or unforeseen circumstances
We always strive to deliver your custom boxes on time and in perfect condition.
