Customer-Generated Content

By submitting content, you confirm that:

Custom Packaging Zone retains the right to refuse or remove any customer-provided content that violates these terms.
We own all original content published on our website but are not responsible for materials or designs provided by users. We also make no guarantee regarding the legality, quality, or accuracy of any user-generated content.
Website Use Guidelines
To place an order or request a quote, you may need to provide personal or business details such as your name, email, phone number, and address.
We handle this information securely and only for order processing and communication purposes.

Order Placement
Ordering from Custom Packaging Zone is quick and simple.
Once you complete and submit your order form (online or printed) along with your approved artwork and specifications, our production team begins work on your custom packaging.
Please review all details carefully—including design, content, size, and print settings—before confirming your order.
After confirmation, no changes can be made to the design, order quantity, or specifications, as production will already be in progress.
Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order.
However, because each order is custom-made, cancellations are only accepted under the following conditions:
Within 4 hours of confirmation: 5% cancellation fee (of total order amount).
Within 24 hours: 50% of the total payment will be charged.
After 24 hours: Cancellation is not guaranteed and will depend on the production stage of your order.

Proof and Color Accuracy
Before we begin production, you will receive a final digital proof of your design for approval.
Please check every element carefully—including layout, content, spelling, and image placement—before providing your final confirmation.
Note that electronic proofs may not perfectly display colors, shadows, or transparencies as they appear in print.
Because printing uses CMYK color models (different from RGB on digital screens), slight variations may occur.
While Custom Packaging Zone strives for the highest color accuracy, we cannot guarantee an exact color match between your monitor and the printed product.
